For the first time in the history of Marbella, foodies have the opportunity to take part in a unique gastronomic event that will bring together 71 Michelin stars from around the world.
Dani Garcia and Puente Romano Beach Resort & Spa are bringing together 18 Michelin star chefs with a total of 71 awarded stars, from around the world to create a unique event.
Between the 18th and 21st of April the Michelin star chefs will cook together to create both national and international dishes. On the opening night, as a tribute to Joël Robuchon, the “Chef of the century” (1989) and “France-s Best Craftsman” (1976), who holds the most Michelin stars – 28 in total, all 18 Michelin star chefs will create a unique dinner.
Diners will be able to enjoy the creations of Ferran Adria, Joan Roca, Quique Dacosta, Paco Perez, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Ramón Freixa, Albert Adrià, Angel Leon, Francis Paniego, Toño Pérez, Paco Roncero, Rodrigo de la Calle, Ricard Camarena, Marcos Morán, Paco Morales, Dani Garcia, Daniel Humm, Jose Alija and Sebastian Frank.
